Antiviral Strategies

Basic body stuff:
1) Get to sleep by 11pm (or even 10pm: the earlier, the better)
2) Maintain proper hydration
3) Consume appropriate food (ZERO SUGAR… weakens the immune system immediately and for hours afterwards, no fruit juice but some fruit is fine, some raw vegetables, minimal vegetable juice, lots of steamed vegetables, high-quality protein).
4) Many infections enter through the digestive tract, so keeping that healthy is important, even when a respiratory infection is the concern. For digestive system support: Chinese herbal formulas: Early Comfort and Peaceful Earth; probiotics (sauerkraut, pickles, kombucha (without sugar), supplements if they work for you), prebiotics (plant fiber, steamed vegetables), no sugar.
5) Some people will benefit from taking up to 15mg of zinc per day… but not everyone (a blood test would be best as iron and copper levels can be affected by zinc intake).
6) Herbs such as gynostemma (make into a tea), reishi mushroom, astragalus.
7) Make sure to get vitamin D every day as it influences our immune system function. Again, blood work is recommended to determine the appropriate intake level, but most people should consume 1000 IU / day between their diet and supplements. (See previous blog entry, "Hello, Sunshine!" for related information.) Also consume some vitamin K2 (hard cheeses, natto) to make sure the calcium is deposited in the desired tissues.
8) Move your body… doesn’t matter what you do: dance, yoga, hike, swim, bike… preferably twice a day.
9) Just received an important nutritional update:  Consumer Labs

Healing

The immune system encompasses many tissues and organs, including the thymus, bone marrow, digestive system, skin, white blood cells. Besides supporting our immune system with lifestyle and nutritional support, it is even more important to evolve our immune system to do a better job of protecting our body. It is helpful to visualize yellow and yellow/green light in the bone marrow, thymus, and digestive system to teach those organs how to function better.
In addition, to prepare our body to properly handle viruses, bacteria, and other externally-originating health challenges, we must activate our body’s capabilities for evicting foreign energy that is already present and preventing the entry of additional foreign energy. Work with affirmations such as the following and heal any resistance that arises:
"My immune system intends to heal."
"My immune system transforms or eliminates all uncaring energy in my body."
"My immune system keeps all uncaring energy out of my body."

We must also do a much better job of bringing our Light into our body. Intensifying our 3 Dan Tien with our main ray colors is important – just visualize balls of light of the appropriate color in each energy center. If you are unsure of what color to use, try using yellow in the Lower Dan Tien and gold in the Middle and Upper Dan Tien.
The Lower Dan Tien is located 3-4 finger widths below the navel and 3 finger widths internally. The Middle Dan Tien is located in the thymus, which sits on top of the heart. The Upper Dan Tien is located in the hypothalamus, near the center of our head.

Other super important meditations / exercises:
1) Visualize gold light in the 7th chakra (top of your head; create a golf ball-sized ball of light half in and half out of your head) and in the upper 8th chakra (create a 6" diameter horizontal ring 1 foot over your head). This is especially important for headaches brought on by viruses.
2) Heal how you match other people’s energy… that’s what creates epidemics / pandemics. To maintain your own energy, activate the 3 Dan Tien as described above. Disengaging from everyone's energy is crucial. (See previous blog post, "Avenues of Engagement.")
3) Breathe color in and out of your lungs with each breath: yellow-green to strengthen the lungs, purple to separate from foreign energy.
4) Power up the 3rd chakra by visualizing a 3-inch ball of yellow light in the chakra (solar plexus).
5) Visualize a ball of light below your feet. Draw the light up your legs, up your spine, out the top of your head, up another 2-3 feet, then let the light shower down around your body creating an egg-shaped ball with a 3-foot radius.
6) Visualize blue light in your adrenal glands to reduce your stress and to separate from other people’s distress.

Societal Reset

The current world-wide health challenge (Covid-19) is an opportunity to come together as a whole planet. Instead of individual countries, states, towns, and people simply looking out for themselves, we could coordinate our movement through this event together. Of course everyone has a responsibility to prepare and take care of themselves and their family, if possible, and every country must prepare as well. However, this event is much larger than any one person or country. The personal and economic challenges in particular can be handled in ways that help people focus on the fact that we are all in this together. Everyone is affected and no one is separate from what is going on with everyone else. This is an opportunity to experience and create equality, connection, humanity, and peace.
While this is an opportunity to make real change, healing is what will make it possible. We could rebuild our way of life in a more planet-friendly, human-friendly, all-plant-and-animal-friendly way...

Hello, Sunshine!

Sunshine is essential for maintaining a healthy body. Research out of Sweden reports that going without sunshine has an impact on our health that is the equivalent of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day… not good!! Besides the potential for a vitamin D deficiency, there is a greater risk for numerous disorders, including autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, and depression. In addition, UV light may be beneficial for the treatment of skin disorders, such as eczema and psoriasis.
Many wavelengths of the light emitted by the sun are used by our body to make some of the vital molecules that are required for healthy bodily function. This includes vitamin D and nitric oxide. When 7-dehydrocholesterol (a derivative of cholesterol) absorbs UVB light with a wavelength between 270 and 300nm and especially 293nm (though some sources say 290-315nm), provitamin D is produced. The production of nitric oxide, a chemical messenger with many functions, requires UVA light with a wavelength in the 315-400nm range.
I see a lot of articles about the value of sun exposure, but not all sunshine is created equal. Medical recommendations suggest minimizing midday exposure and performing outdoor activities before 10am and/or after 3pm. However, UVB wavelengths are absorbed by the atmosphere in the early morning and late afternoon. The early morning and late afternoon sun exposure will not help with the intrinsic production of vitamin D but will contribute to UVA exposure

For UVB wavelengths to reach the surface of the Earth, the sun has to reach approximately 48 degrees above the horizon. At a latitude of 45 degrees North, this only occurs from April 1 to September 6. During the rest of the year, very little UVB reaches the planet’s surface at this latitude. Thus the middle of the day is the best time for sun exposure to obtain the desirable UVB wavelengths from April 1 through September 6 at 45 degrees North latitude.
The amount of time to spend in the sun depends on a number of factors: skin pigmentation (lighter skin requires less exposure), time of day, time of year, latitude, altitude, sunscreen usage, air pollution, and clothing worn.
Glass and plastic windows block UVB while allowing UVA to pass through. Since malignant melanoma appears to be more closely associated with UVA exposure than with UVB exposure, it is important to limit the amount of sunlight exposure through windows.
Our body self-regulates its intrinsic vitamin D production so there is a natural maximum concentration that can result from sun exposure. At this level, equilibrium is maintained with the vitamin being degraded as quickly as it is made. Of course, there are consequences of extended exposure to sunshine that are not desirable, such as sunburn and an increased risk of skin cancer. With dietary intake (including supplements), there is no internal regulation thus there is the possibility of overdosing on vitamin D leading to bone metabolism disorders and other associated mental and physical dysfunction.
Sunscreen may be an important consideration when there is the possibility of excessive sun exposure. But one must be very cautious about the actual sunscreen as the sunscreen chemicals are not regulated like foods and food additives. These chemicals are readily absorbed through the skin and can remain in the body for extended periods of time. Some of the chemicals in sunscreens are hormone-disrupting chemicals that can adversely affect our body’s hormonally-regulated metabolism. Zinc- and titanium-based sunscreens are safe to use.

Avenues of Engagement

Our interactions with other people are one of the most important aspects of our life. This is true in both health and disease. In health, we can connect with other people in profound ways and co-create wonderful experiences and manifest beautiful expressions. In dysfunction, we connect with other people through issues, live with other people’s energy and issues in our space, and express our communal dysfunction in undesirable bodily, personal, and interpersonal ways.
What does a healthy interaction with another person look like?
Healthy interactions require that we keep other people’s energy out of our space and keep our own energy flowing through us but not into other people’s space. We meet people on the edge of our energy; no merging occurs at all. Unfortunately, as you might imagine, this level of awareness and personal development are quite rare.
Understanding how we engage with other people and developing a practice to make our engagements more functional and healthy are perhaps the most important topics to address with our healing work. These are significant considerations on a daily basis for everyone.
There are only a few ways to engage with another person’s energy: through an issue (something we want, something we are trying to get away from, some less-than-ideal quality of our energy) or on the edge of our energy.
Fortunately, we can heal our issues to resolve dysfunctional engagements, separate from other people’s energy, and create the opportunity to have genuinely healthy connections.
After each interaction, ask yourself how you engaged with or opened to the other person. Then relax through the feeling of that energy. By healing the avenue of engagement in this way, you will improve the functionality of your engagements and become aware of alternate ways of interacting.
The most difficult aspect of our avenues of engagement relates to qualities of our energy. These may not seem dysfunctional, though if someone else’s energy ends up in our space or our energy is in their space, we know we must heal something. Common qualities include being accepting, nice, or caring, taking responsibility, trusting other people, giving other people value / worth, and accepting other people. While we may think these qualities are desirable, when they create an opening for engaging with another person’s energy, they are not functional or healthy. Once again, simply relaxing through how we engage with another person heals that energy and reveals healthier ways of being.

Responsibility

While people demonstrate varying degrees of responsibility, genuine, healthy responsibility is actually quite rare.

What does genuine, healthy responsibility look like? When you possess truly functional responsibility, you take responsibility for your own issues. When you are triggered off, you own it and do not direct that issue at other people.

Furthermore, you do not take responsibility for other people’s issues. When other people are triggered off, you can remain separate from any energy that is directed at you.

While you are not responsible for another person’s energy, even when you have it in your space, you are responsible for how it got into your space and what keeps it there. In this case, taking responsibility means you heal how you engaged with the other person’s issue to separate from it and get it out of your space.

From another point of view, anything you can process through with an emotional process is your responsibility. And anything you cannot move through with your emotional process is probably not yours.

The first requirement for developing healthy responsibility is to have a functional emotional process. Without a viable emotional process, you have no way of knowing for sure what is your issue and what belongs to someone else and, therefore, cannot practice or understand healthy responsibility. Furthermore, without a method to distinguish for certain whose issue is whose, any guidance you wish to provide to other people regarding responsibility will be limited at best and totally wrong at worst.

Without an emotional healing practice and the understanding this practice provides, parents and teachers cannot teach their children and students about healthy responsibility. They will not know what to do when they are triggered off in relation to a child or student’s words or actions and will usually direct any active issue at that child or student. Thus, a functional emotional healing process that leads to a healthy practice and understanding of responsibility is required to teach healthy responsibility. Directing issues or expectations at a child or student teaches them to take responsibility for other people’s issues and expectations rather than teaching them about taking responsibility for themselves, their body, their choices, and their issues.

When a parent or teacher (or anyone else) has a functional emotional process, they will be able to heal themselves and learn about whose issues are whose. Then any interaction they have with others will be healthier and the responsibility will be clear. They will also be able to teach responsibility by guiding others in taking appropriate responsibility for their own issues and energy.

I have had two students whose teachers strongly encouraged them to pursue vocational training instead of higher education. Both were performing at less than their potential and were mislabeled as having lower capabilities. However, for both of these students, when they could separate from their teacher’s invalidation by healing how they trusted their teacher’s opinion, they thrived and became stellar students, successfully pursuing difficult courses of study at the university level.

To discern what is and what is not your issue, try to move through every issue that arises. If you can move through it, it was your issue. If you get stuck in the issue, it may not be yours. To be sure that the issue is not yours, you must discover how you engaged with the issue and heal that. If the original issue disappears after healing how you engaged with it, it was not yours to heal and you will now be free of it.

(For more guidance, please refer to the chapters in Book I titled, “Responsibility” and “Avenues of Engagement.” Also, some additional notes about the Avenues of Engagement will be added to this blog in the near future.)

My Magical Visit to the UK

by guest blogger, Betty J. Moore

Big Ben

On May 9, I boarded a plane with Michael and launched off to one of the grandest and most magical adventures of a lifetime.  9½ hours later, we touched down at Heathrow Airport in London and hit the ground running.  This trip was about visiting and exploring as many stone circles as we could possibly manage in a 10-day span of time and to do as much healing as possible.  Since Michael hasn’t quite evolved his physical teleporting skills, as yet, he drove us pretty much from here to Kingdom Come and back in a car—up through the gorgeous landscapes of Wales and back down through England and from shore to shore through beautiful and bountiful
countrysides.

After healing at Avebury Stone Circle
And all this driving was on what I call the “wrong” side of the road on ridiculously narrow pathways flanked so closely by stone walls and tight tall hedges, with some thoroughfares being so skinny that only one tiny car could pass through at a time—yikes!!  To add to the fun, 3 good friends—Barbara Jakesz, Matthias Jakesz, and Barbara Kaindl joined us—a very special meeting for me!

My new home near Stanton Drew

Lle'r Neuaddau Circle in Wales

In one of Michael’s previous postings, he so aptly describes some of the history and meanings of these stone circles, as well as how the energy works within them.  Briefly, I can say that I know they are “hot spots” that were sought out by ancient beings approximately 3500 to 6000 years ago and were marked by placing stones around them—some stones so massive and transported from such great distances that it will forever be a mystery as to how it was accomplished.  On this trip, we visited 15 different circles and returned again to 5 of these, making 20 different healing experiences for me.

Moel-Ty-Uchef Circle in Wales... my favorite!
Down Tor Circle on the Dartmoor in England

The circle that needs no introduction: Stonehenge
My experience of entering these circles is that each one had a different feel to it, some very subtle and others more intense.  As I entered the circles and spent time within them, I tried my best to pay attention to the energy, noticing what emotions would rise up—sometimes I could not feel anything for a while but, eventually, deep feelings bubbled up that may not have ever been accessed had I not been inside these circles.  With great assistance from Michael, I was able to heal and change my heart, blood, and adrenal energy, along with my DNA and overall body function. Sometimes, as the issues became acutely apparent, it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant, but as the issues moved through me and the connection to my Light took over, the circles facilitated a peaceful, blissful energy within.  Some of the achieved qualities were unprecedented love, care, fulfillment, power, acceptance, security, capableness, joy, truth, and purpose.  Just imagine how much untapped potential we have!

Some friends near Moel-Ty-Uchaf
The circles we visited included Avebury, Rollright Stones, Llanrwst, Moel-Ty-Uchef, Hirnant, Lle’r Neuaddau, Stanton Drew, Stonehenge, Woodhenge, Rempstone, Fernworthy, and Down Tor.  Several were tucked away in very remote areas.  Hiking up through farmlands and landscapes, the energy was remarkably ancient and enchanting. And so closely interacting with the animals out there was magical for me!

It may sound cliché, but after this experience, I have to say that I will never be quite the same again.  I will be forever grateful for an amazing experience of massive healing, growth, and development.   Making this trip has been a huge stretch in so many ways.  Thank you, Michael!  Wahoooo!!

Research 101

One of the reasons I wanted to change my practice was so that I could do more research. Previously, it was only convenient to do my in-depth studies during weekends. Being so busy with my practice prevented the exploration that I desired. Now, I have no such restrictions. As a result, I can delve deeply into any and every area of energy and Light that attract my attention at any time I desire. And that is what I have been doing.

For the past several months, I have been exploring my genetic programming on a daily basis. I have spent hours learning about my programming and evolving it. In particular, I have been moving my parents and ancestors out of my DNA and learning how to bring my Light into and through my DNA. In association with this process, I have been teaching my body how to function differently. This is no simple task.

From my studies, I would surmise that many parents give their energy and Light to their children, thinking that that is the appropriate way to parent. I doubt that these well-meaning parents ever considered that they do not belong in their children’s space and that their real task is to assist their children in bringing their own Light and energy into their body.

And relating to body function, it is now clear that there are so many other possibilities for how organs and organs systems can operate. I am busy discovering what those alternate functions are and how to attain them. This is a really fun, creative process that holds so much promise for a vastly different bodily experience.

Then, of course, my explorations of other dimensions of energy continue. This process always leads to dramatic changes in perspective. And much of what has seemed meaningful in the past has changed. The inherited and socialized programming has revealed its limitations and becoming alive is the most compelling motivation that I have now.

As a direct result of my research, the long-distance healing has continued to evolve in great ways. Since sharing what I learn is my second most compelling motivation, it has been exciting to assist people with the evolution of their Light, energy, and physical body. And it has been especially exciting and interesting to assist people with the advancement of their body function. Fun stuff!
